Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Dobri Arts AU, all our furniture and decor pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jodhpur, India — known as the hub of handcrafted solid wood furniture.
Because each item is carefully made by hand, we follow a container shipping model to ensure safe and efficient delivery to Australia. Orders are collected and shipped in full containers from Jodhpur to Australia.
Processing and Shipping Time Once an order is placed, the product is handcrafted and prepared for export. Orders are shipped together in container shipments to Australia. Due to international production and shipping timelines, delivery typically takes approximately 4–8 weeks from the date of order.

Custom Orders We are happy to accept custom furniture orders. If you would like a different size, finish, or design, please contact us and our team will assist you in creating a custom handcrafted piece.
Early Delivery Requests If you require earlier delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We can check whether a container shipment is scheduled soon and let you know if your order can be included.
Shipping Updates You will receive email updates at each stage:
- Order confirmation (immediately)
- Production update (within 2 weeks)
- Container dispatch from Jodhpur
- Container arrival in Australia
- Final delivery tracking
Returns Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale unless damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Delays Estimated delivery windows are our best forecast based on current production and shipping schedules. If your order will be delayed beyond 12 weeks from the order date, we will notify you immediately and offer the option of a full refund.
