How much does shipping cost?

Zero. Free shipping on every order, every product, every Australian state. No size-based tiers, no surcharges. The price you see on the product page is the total you pay.

Do you ship anywhere in Australia?

Yes — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. Same free flat-rate to every state. No metro-vs-rural surcharges.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 4–8 weeks from our Jodhpur workshop, including transit to Australia. In some cases, a piece may take an additional 1–2 weeks due to complexity of carving, custom finishes, or shipping conditions — we’ll always notify you in advance if so. You receive progress photos throughout production so you can follow your piece from raw timber to finished product.

Can I get it faster?

Where are your products made?

Every piece is handcrafted in Jodhpur, Rajasthan — by master craftsmen in our family workshop in Dobri village. We use solid mango wood, sheesham, and teak only. No MDF, no veneers, no machine-made shortcuts. Three generations of carving tradition behind every piece.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Every piece is carefully packaged for the journey. In the rare event your item arrives damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, progress photos throughout production, and a tracking number when your piece is dispatched in Australia for final delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each piece is made-to-order specifically for you, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Do you offer custom sizes or designs?

Yes. Custom dimensions, finishes, and designs are available on every piece. Reach out to us before ordering and we’ll work directly with our craftsmen to build it to your specifications.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
