At Dobri Arts, every product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jodhpur, India. Because each piece is handmade and produced individually, slight variations in wood grain, texture, and finish are natural and part of the uniqueness of handcrafted furniture.

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

All sales are considered final. We kindly request customers to review product dimensions, descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order.

However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will review the case and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
