Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship free to all states and territories across Australia. Every order. Every item. No minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Ready to ship items dispatch within 5–7 business days. Made to order items require 4–8 weeks from our Jodhpur workshop including transit to Australia. We send progress photos throughout so you can follow your piece from raw timber to finished product.
Can I order a custom size or finish?
Absolutely. Custom dimensions, finishes, and designs are available on every piece. Contact us at dobriartsau@gmail.com or +61 485 705 265 with your requirements and we will provide a detailed quote within 48 hours. Custom orders require 100% payment upfront and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Where are your products made?
Every piece is handcrafted in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India — by master craftsmen in our family workshop in Dobri village. We use solid mango wood, sheesham, and teak only. No MDF. No composite materials. No factory production. Each piece is built by hand, one at a time.
What is your returns policy?
As every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos of any damage.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have commenced and cancellations cannot be accepted. Contact us at dobriartsau@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Do you offer urgent or express delivery?
